These terms govern use of CoZay AI Studio, an AI-assisted image, video, advertising, logo, clothing design, voice, and music creation service operated by CoZay LLC.
You agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard your login credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
Do not use the service to break the law, violate others' rights, deceive people through impersonation or fraud, or submit content you do not have the right to use. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or subject to provider restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, or relying on them. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party rights.
Generations may use credits as shown in the app. Successful generation requests may consume credits. Failed requests may be refunded according to the app's credit logic. Service availability, generation speed, and output quality are not guaranteed.
If subscriptions are offered, prices, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal, and cancellation instructions must be clearly displayed at checkout. See the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
