CoZay AI Studio is operated by CoZay LLC. This policy explains the information our AI content-creation service may process. It must be checked against the services actually enabled before publication.
When you register or use the service, we may process account identifiers, email address, login information, generation prompts, selected generation settings, usage records, credit balances, and support messages. AI outputs may be processed to deliver and troubleshoot your requests.
Our app uses third-party infrastructure and AI services, which may include Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, OpenAI, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and Stripe. Submitted prompts and relevant data may be sent to the provider needed to perform the requested feature. Each provider's handling of data is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
If paid subscriptions are enabled, Stripe processes payment details. We may receive payment status, subscription identifiers, and billing-related metadata, but should not need to store full card numbers.
We use access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect data. No online system is completely secure. Retention periods and account-deletion procedures should be confirmed before this policy is published.
You can choose not to submit sensitive personal information in prompts. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, contact CoZay LLC through the support contact shown in the app.
The service is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian consent where required.
